SHEDx Sharing Exhibition and Online Green Survey Competition

The Community Brain would like to say a big thank you to all those who came to our SHEDx Sharing Exhibition at Kingston University on Friday 25th January.

It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase ideas and activities for Tolworth from members of the community, Kingston University students and local organisations who have shaped the SHEDx project to date.

The display will go on to form a permanent exhibition in our new SHEDx community space on Tolworth Broadway, which we look forward to announcing in the near future.

The Community Brain hopes that these existing projects can be used as a catalyst for all to dream about green and urban spaces in Tolworth.

January has also seen us launch our online SHEDx Green Audit survey, in association with The Kingston Environment Centre and Court Farm Garden Centre.

Participants of the survey will be in with a chance of winning £100 of plants, kindly donated by Court Farm Garden Centre, in addition to contributing to a better understanding of Tolworth’s existing green assets.

The winner will be announced on Sunday 17th March.
